Refund Policy 

To be eligible for a return, you must return your items and it needs to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to show proof of purchase. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once collected from our premises once it's in your hands anything that happens to your goods are out of our control 

Items getting shipped we sure to package everything as safely as can be, which includes a lot of bubble wrap. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee all items will arrive at their designated destination perfectly intact, we can however promise to do everything in our power to prevent this from happening. Please note when purchasing as this is a non-refundable risk you take when placing a shipped order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the product value on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
